For over 25 years Target Systems has been headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We have contracts in the greater Harrisburg, PA metro area and are also engaged in the Washington, DC and Norfolk, VA metro regions. 

Target Systems provides a range of products and services that fall under two major business units. Our Information Technology group is noted for expertise in systems design and development, database management, web development, Information Assurance, and networking support. Our Government Systems Consulting group supports many different professional and subject matter expert projects for DoD and the Federal Government.
